Event Details & Reservation

For 2 days at the end of this month we have got a pop up kitchen making snacks at The Plotting Parlour run by The Spice Circuit. Feel free to book a table as normal or just stroll on in to try some awesome food whilst you sip on our gorgeous cocktails. We will even do a couple of Indian inspired specials as well! Here is a little about their history along with a seriously tasty looking snack menu:

Chef Kanthi Thamma was born and raised in Hyderabad, the culinary capital of southern India and is still inspired by its history, food and flavours of his childhood. It was in his mother’s kitchen where he was inspired to become a chef, a journey that has seen him travel the world in search of culinary inspiration and excellence.

At age 18 Kanthi started travelling, cooking in Switzerland, Disney World Resorts in the USA and Disney Cruise Lines before settling in the UK. Gaining experience with some of the UK’s most acclaimed chefs. During the last three years Kanthi was instrumental in setting-up and managing one of Brighton’s most successful brands; Curry Leaf Café, which currently has two restaurants and a Kiosk at the Brighton Railway Station. Pulling on the cuisines of his childhood in India, he gained the attention of critiques and diners. He quickly garnered many awards and accolades.

Spice Circuit is born of Kanthi’s passion for food and travel and this is something that he has always wanted to pursue. He takes a lot of pride in presenting his country’s rich culinary heritage and superb hospitality through his food events, tours and pop-ups across the globe.
