We are really excited to announce another of our best selling GIN & Curry Nights.

This time we have paired up with the award winning chef and founder of ‘The Spice Circuit’ for a night of delicious Indian street food and GIN.

India is where the GIN & Tonic was invented so it’s only fitting that we pair GIN with curry.

We are introducing a brand new GIN to this event – JIN DEA. We found this GIN back in the summer when it first launched at a trade event and fell in love with the taste, story and branding!

Made from single estate First Flush Darjeeling Tea, the springtime harvest which produces a delicate and floral Himalayan black tea, known to tea-lovers as the ‘Champagne of Tea’.

A citrus-forward GIN with aromatic spices, peaches and apricots. The single pot still distillation creates a bolder style of gin that works fantastically in highball drinks such as a G&T’s and tastes even better when served with curries.

Currently unavailable in Brighton, this GIN & Curry night is an exclusive launch of JIN DEA to the discerning GIN lovers in the city… not one to miss!

Upon arrival you will receive a welcome GIN & Tonic as you take your seats for a specially prepared 3 course meal from award winning chef Kanthi.

Each dish will be paired with a GIN drink that will compliment Kanthi’s cleverly spiced dishes.

Poppadums and chutneys.

Street food platter- Samosas, Masala Fish, Pakoras.

Curries and sides- Hyderabadi Mutton Curry, Potato Chick Pea Masala, Spinach Daal, Pilau Rice, Beetroot Raita.

Dessert- Gulab Jamoon and Vanilla Ice Cream.
