Chef Kanthi brings the authentic tastes of South India to the Community Kitchen, sharing the cooking techniques and flavour combinations that have evolved over centuries so you can prepare a typical homestyle south Indian meal in Brighton.


The planned menu includes: pakoras, tomato chutney, Keralan coconut chicken, spinach daal, rice and mango coconut pudding.


You will prepare the menu working in pairs, with Kanthi’s guidance, then sit and eat together, with a complimentary glass of wine kindly donated by Butler’s Wine Cellar.


Places in this class will help raise funds for our much-needed commercial dishwasher! Thanks to Kanthi generously donating his time for the event.
